Came on here planning to just write “WOW” then noticed it’s what most other people have said! Staff have the wonderful mix of professionalism and easy humour that I’ve only seen in the highest rated restaurants (hello, Fat Duck!) and the food just speaks for itself, every tiny detail adding to the awesomeness of each dish. Gluten free accommodated seamlessly. An m-star on its way soon, surely?? Update: having eaten here a few times now, I'm consistently blown away by the deserts. The number of elements / complexity matches that of the mains, they're fresh, stunning and a delightful finish to each meal. Love it.
