Fleur De Cocoa

Fleur de cocoa has been a longtime family favorite for European French pastries and desserts. The cafe is just like one of those cafes on a busy Parisian street in size, decor, and of French delicacies. They make everything in house and the desserts are wonderful. The cafe has some nice brunch / lunch options and the lattes are delicious. For your intimate celebrations, I recommend trying a cake here, as they are rich, decadent, and of European quality. They also make gluten free cakes ☺️ and their macarons are gluten free as well.

The dessert case displayed some very colorful and enticing choices around ~10$ each. I thought we might end up having to walk with our after lunch treats so I passed on a plated cake. (although they have many delicious looking gluten-free offerings here). Lucky for us we ended up scoring a table outside alongside the late lunch crowd. Cappuccino had a nice frothy and solid foam which is a rarity. The cannelé had a lot of vanilla flavor and the kouign amman was fun to eat (soft folds of dough within the crispy crunchy outer layers).
