EVERYTHING is delicious: from the pastries to the savory and sweet scones, the various breads made with organic and gluten-free ancient flours, all magnificent and delicious; it's the highlight of my week. The breads keep for a week; a slice of einkorn is much more satisfying than industrial bread. I take the opportunity to buy the organic and local vegetables in front of the door.
