For a coeliac abroad, whose French is limited, this is a good choice when in Menton. They do a range of buckwheat galette dishes. Just ask for the sweet crepes to be buckwheat, check other ingredients and you’re good! Very tasty. Once I mentioned I needed gluten free the owner was right onto it. The waiter was less knowledgeable however. Overall we’ve found it difficult in France to find ‘gluten free’

Typically French restaurant on the French Riviera. Wide choice between crepes with durum wheat flour and Breton crepes with buckwheat flour, gluten-free. Helpful staff, impeccable service.
