Flipside Burgers & Bar

The waiter was sweet, and was accommodating. Hostess was not welcoming-seemed to dislike being there. I am gluten free, excited to get a burger but the bun was soaked in sauce which in turn made my bread fall apart into a soggy mess. Fries were close to McDonalds fires :( and ahi tuna tacos were chewy. Waiter also spilled a whole glass of water on me, plus side it was hot out and we were outside but still not a good look- my outfit and phone were soaked. Margs were great, they have many options for flavors- the wait for them was very long. Sorry to say, We will not be going back there.

Great spot, particularly in warmer months when the patio is open. Big margarita list, big burger list. Love the flexibility on making your own, my wife loves the chip and dip, but pimento cheese + potato chips + horseradish aioli is an incredible combination. Brought my 20 month old daughter, and our server Taylor N. immediately jumped in with a water for her, and asked if we wanted to place a kids order as soon as we sat down. She is allergic to gluten, and at that age where you never know how long you can keep her in the high chair, so going out to eat brings a fair amount of anxiety. It was great having a server so attuned to our situation, and she made our dinner experience an excellent one. Thank you Taylor!
