Florencia - Vegan Kitchen

Very good authentic Peruvian cuisine in vegan. The staff was very nice and could speak very good English. There are not only a variety of vegan dishes, but also a large selection of gluten-free dishes.

I ordered a puree with gluten in wine... the puree was horrible, it looked like white potatoes crushed with water and a little salt, the puree had no consistency, it was very watery, very ugly and the quantity was very little, the gluten seemed only parboiled with the came . Nothing out of the ordinary... I didn't like it, I also ordered a risoto that was masacotudo brown rice with green dressing with meatballs, it didn't look like risotto, the risotto was never put together, nor did it have vegan cheese or anything that looked like it, it looked like rice in green sauce Masacotudo and tasteless, all tasteless, it only tasted like very ugly green... not to say that they didn't have time to prepare the dish better because we were the only table. The service was good, but they really need to change the cook. For the price of the dishes, I have eaten much better in other vegan restaurants, with better atmosphere, I do not recommend it... I would never return.
