I went to the Norwich airport branch to grab some food and coffee before a flight. I am coaliac and despite initially telling me there was nothing for me to eat, a lady came out from the kitchen and overheard our conversation and said she could do me a bacon roll which was perfect. They told me to take a seat and brought it over to me when it was ready. 2 gluten free rolls stuff full of bacon, 😀 perfect start to my holiday.
