I have a severe gluten allergy and I came here just to try the gluten free pizza. Flour Dust killed it! My pizza was delicious, and I didn't get sick from cross-contamination. I checked with our server that the pizza would be made on a clean surface, and cut with a clean knife, and she said yes, for allergies that's exactly what we do. There are only a few restaurants that are safe for me to eat at as a celiac, and I often feel left out because I can't eat anything on the menu, or I'm terrified I will get seriously ill from accidently eating gluten (often restaurants will incorrectly identify dishes as gluten free when they are not). I had the Hawaiian Bro pizza and the flavors were perfect, they use pepperoni instead of ham on their version of a Hawaiian and it was definitely a winner for me! My boyfriend enjoyed his pizza as well, he doesn't have a allergy and he had the sausage and cream cheese pizza, he said it was well balanced. We will be back soon!
