Flower Child is one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I first tried it in Las Vegas, so I was excited when I heard there was one coming to SLC! The vibes are always wonderful, and I haven’t had anything bad on the menu. My go to is the Mother Earth bowl and I add steak or chicken and it is so good every time. I will say, for the price, the portions aren’t very large, but I still am satisfied afterwards and I don’t feel weighed down by my meal at all. They have the best gluten free Mac and cheese (even if you don’t need to eat gluten free, I would still 100% recommend it!), and the best chili glazed sweet potatoes. They have new items on the menu frequently, so I love going and trying new things.

Can I just talk about how amazing this place is? A breathe of fresh air in salt lake. The food was wonderful and the service was even better! Many great gluten free options. Very healthy great tasting food. No soda machines just great lemonade and other beverages. I’m sure that’s going to be a shock for a lot of Utahns 😂 I hope they do well and can grow in this beautiful state. We are lucky to have flower child here! 😃

Having tried Flower Child while living in Arizona, I was thrilled to hear they opened a location in Salt Lake City! The restaurant was bustling during dinner service, but the staff was incredibly quick and friendly. It’s clear the manager has created a well-trained, efficient team. The “farmer chic” vibe of the restaurant is so charming. The yellow tones, floral prints, and thoughtful branding make dining here feel both cozy and elevated. I ordered the steak entrée with gluten-free mac and cheese, along with sweet potatoes and bok choy. The meal was hearty, flavorful, and absolutely delicious! Highly recommend checking it out!
