I love Fod Shop. I can get sweet n sour sauce that doesn’t have any soy or msg. I appreciate the variety available. But I do have to be a label reader as who knows what “natural flavouring” is.?
Plus some manufacturers are adding Lupin flour to gluten free products. That is as dangerous to me as MSG and Soy are. So I love the care that our Fod Shop makes it a priority to present the best possible food items for their customers. I am looking forward to trying out all the sauces and broths . Stay tuned,
