Homemade pasta with the beautiful yolk (cooked to precision with sous-vide) and truffle sauce was rich and creamy. The gluten-free brownie was even better! Loved the sensational coffee mascarpone creme, blending super well with the moist warm cake, almost like a tiramisu.
The servers were all super hospitable and friendly, answering all of our questions as they deserved a 250% tip.
