Food was absolutely amazing, my gf and I were visiting her friends for the weekend and decided to stop on. She does have a gluten allergy and Fold'd exceeded out expectation. Their ingredients are locally sourced and you can absolutely taste the difference. This diner also provides an option to purchases meals for those need. 10/10 would come here again.

The food and staff were awesome. The gluten free bread was also delicious (rather than the usual "edible"). I know working in food service can make it difficult to avoid a culture of drug and alcohol use. That Fold'd is a recovery-supportive workplace makes me feel confident that the safety and quality of the food prep is far above the industry average.
