Wonderful gem! I contacted ahead to explore food options because I have a lot of dietary limitations. I spoke with Chris, who I believe to be the owner, for ten minutes in order to fully grasp my limitations and to assist me create a delicious and safe order. We proceeded, and it was! The hand-tossed crust is amazing and free of gluten. For the time of day, service was a touch slow, but I believe that was mostly due to my limitations. Delectable!
