I visited you because you offer gluten-free dough due to my allergy to gluten.. That's all great.. Unfortunately, the pizza chef rolled out the dough in wheat flour, which caused an allergic reaction to gluten immediately after consumption.. He just threw the dough on a floured surface. For you it may be complete nonsense, but for me a few days of diarrhea and pain.. If you offer such an option, please adjust the conditions... Thank you, because all it takes is a light contamination and people with celiac disease have a whole week.. Thank you
