One of the best restaurants in Miami. I recommend the gluten-free pasta carbonara, the pasta with clams, and the burrata with prosciutto. Eduardo's service was incredible.

Love having brunch at The Biltmore. My wife and I had brunch at Fontana today to celebrate Father's Day with my father in-law. We usually just deal with the lack of vegan options but decided to ask if something could be prepared vegan for my wife and I since we really wanted to enjoy a breakfast item. After being told "No" from the server my father in-law asked to speak to a manager. It took over 30 min for a manager to come to the table. In the end they ended up making gluten free vegan buckwheat pancakes for us. Our servers Jamilia and Ram were awesome. The only reason I can't give 5 stars is because in 2018 in South FL where there is a huge vegan population it shouldn't be a battle to get something prepared especially when you're paying a premium.
