Food & Liquor at Danesbury House

We popped in here last night for some drinks before eating elsewhere but will most certainly return. The business looks very well cared for compared with everywhere else in the area. Service was superb with not only Justin being exceptionally helpful but also all the bar staff as well. We really regretted having booked elsewhere as the “small plates” in tapas style looked delicious and the menu was creative. Good gluten free options. Ordering drinks was quick and with great service. Nice to have a choice of sitting inside or outside and the upstairs terrace or garden. Loved it. Nice to see such a well managed bar/bistro

I was looking for a venue to host my Baby Shower and chose Food & Liquor - it was absolutely perfect!!! We booked the whole of the upstairs section and had brunch. Not only was it delicious but they catered for all the dietary requirements of the group (vegetarian, vegan, celiac) without any issues. The private space was perfect as we still had access to the bar which meant we could order drinks as and when needed, and even had access to the terrace for a drink in the sunshine. I had visited previously for Taco Tuesday which was delicious, but none of my family or friends had been before. They all commented how lovely the venue is, how great the food was and that they will definitely be returning!
