Food For Fit

got off the boat and walked around town trying to find a good breakfast spot. after over a week of nothing but carbs in italy, we were desperate for a healthy, delicious meal. we walked by this restaurant and when we saw their signs & decided to stop in. it ended up being absolutely delicious. i got a fresh orange & pineapple juice, and my mother and i shared the omelet, the avocado salmon poached egg breakfast, and the toasted banana bread. i never would have guessed that a vegan, gluten free bread would be so good. warm, flavorful, and overall delicious. the avocado toast was also very good. i wasn’t in a coffee mood today but their coffee looked amazing when i saw other people getting it. definitely recommend!

I like the fact that they have healthy food there. Their menu contains vegan food, and deserts as well as gluten free food, sugar free healthy deserts. It was a nice experience and everything was healthy.
