Wow. I already loved Tenika’s food. Every time she has individual plates, they were delicious. But then we decided to have her cater our wedding with her Cajun seafood and chicken pastas. The food was amazing AND she followed the things I asked her for to a “t”. She added a small gluten free pasta for one of our guests. She put everything into the decorative platters we asked for and it looked fantastic on the table. She was extremely patient with me as I was very scattered trying to get all the details together. I just…am highly grateful and highly recommend!!
