We really enjoy the simplicity of this brewery and the fact that they offer “gluten reduced” beers. The disc golf baskets are also a big hit with our crew.

We stumbled across this brewery via a local we met while playing disc golf at Cedar Rock and Wellspring. They surprisingly and happily deglutenize (or gluten reduce, in laypeople language) most of their beers. Just ask when you come in or take a look at their menu and you'll see which options they have that are currently gluten reduced. The beer flavor profiles were some of the best I've ever tasted. And my spouse, who doesn't have Celiac, concurs wholeheartedly. They have a really cool outdoor seating area in the back and a mini disc golf course to boot. So if you like disc golf or deglutenized beer, this is one of the best hidden gems we've run across in multiple states. The bartender/brewer/owner was pretty cool and really knowledgeable also. And they are extremely dog friendly too. So that's an even bigger bonus.
