Quiet environment surrounded by nature a few km from Palermo and Monreale. Large, well-lit room, tables outside and a small play area under the olive trees (accessible via an external staircase). Excellent and quality food. We celebrated my parents' anniversary and had a great time. I recommend the sandwiches with porchetta, sfincia with mortadella and pistachio, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù (very special), very tender legs of guinea fowl stuffed with mushrooms and potatoes. Almond and cream parfait cake. You can order almost everything gluten-free, take the food to go and eat it sitting at the tables outside. In the evening they make pizza with light and delicious dough. Naturally also gluten-free. Craft beers. Good gluten-free beer.

Exquisite food, top quality ingredients, excellent service. It was truly a great pleasure to dine at the Forneria. The added value is the very kind lady Elisabetta, very attentive to customer requests and super knowledgeable about gluten free. Absolutely recommended 😊
