The BEST meal I had in Saratoga Springs, and I ate a lot of amazing food. For our Bistro had me in Italian Gluten Free Heaven. Portions were large, and seasoned to perfection.
Their cocktail menu and Zero-Proof Options were great.
Service was Top Notch, with attentive wait staff.
Decor, atmosphere, all great!

l lost my spoons
Appetizers came out at 22 minutes (timer started at sit time), food came out at 59 minutes. Awesome gluten free pasta, not firm, not over cooked. Awesome stuff
