We’ve been wanting to visit this place for awhile and finally had the chance to. It was OUTSTANDING. I had their Basic pizza on their gluten free crust. It was actual chewy crust they make in house and not the flat cardboard stuff that a lot of places order. The head chef explained that they got a gluten free sourdough starter and use King Arthur Flour’s 1:1 and after some experimenting they finally got it right. I can’t wait to go back. I was like a giddy school girl getting to eat GOOD pizza again! (Note that there is a shared oven so likely not for celiacs)

The Slow Fermented sour dough crust is amazing. I normally have a gluten intolerance but I can eat this pizza all day long.

So far no complaints. Only came for take out on a Wednesday. I found them by doing a Google search looking for gluten free pasta, but they didn’t have any. I was able to get some pretty good pizza.
