Great food and amazing detail to gluten free.
I have never seen a restaurant master the GF path so well. Half of our party were Gluten intolerant and this restaurant had good options and were so careful about who was GF and who wasn’t.
The only thing I would say- go further
There is no reason why asian restaurants can’t use rice or corn flour, gluten free oyster, hoisin, soy etc…

Decided to go there on a whim, very nice gluten free options. Food was delicious, and service great and prompt.
