I recommend Foster on Madrid's Gran Via for the friendly waitresses and because they have a gluten-free menu so those of us with intolerances can enjoy it.

The treatment very good. They asked us on several occasions if we were celiac. But when we ordered the food and they brought us the ribs we ordered, it was cold. We told the boy and it took a while, but when we told them again they immediately brought it.
