We usually order through Deliveroo.
Food always excellent and arrives hot, travels well.
However, twice in past 3 months we have had items missing from order which we have then had to get refunded through Deliveroo.
Each time the bag has come stapled closed with correct receipt showing missing items as being present.
I’m not sure who is at fault (either item not packed or deliveroo stealing) but considering switching allegiances to another chippy which is a shame as the food is excellent and does good coeliac friendly / gluten free choices.
