Not great for 'groceries' like bread. It's more of a vitamin store attached to a deli. Produce is usually pretty good but when we stopped in for a loaf of bread the cheapest loaf of regular bread was about $6.99 and it was frozen. All of their 'on shelf' bread selections are frozen not just the gluten-free stuff...

The hot bar is great. Served until 4 on weekdays. The staff is friendly. They have a lot of great organic products, herbal medicines, and gluten free products. There's also place to sit and eat and an outdoor patio when the weather is nice.
