Wonderful culinary gastropub that understands gluten issues. Our server, Scotty was well versed in the difference between nonceliac gluten sensitivity and celiac, cross-contamination issues, etc. Since everything is made to order, we were told most items can be modified to be made gluten-free. The quail appetizer was absolutely delicious! They can even make gluten-free flatbreads. Highly recommend the Wagyu burger and the Chauvinist Pig flatbread! We will definitely be coming back.
