Wonderful culinary gastropub that understands gluten issues. Our server, Scotty was well versed in the difference between nonceliac gluten sensitivity and celiac, cross-contamination issues, etc. Since everything is made to order, we were told most items can be modified to be made gluten-free. The quail appetizer was absolutely delicious! They can even make gluten-free flatbreads. Highly recommend the Wagyu burger and the Chauvinist Pig flatbread! We will definitely be coming back.

Gluten Free beware. After informing our server of a gluten allergy and confirming a GF safe order, my GF girlfriend took two bites, had some hesitation, turns out the item had gluten. Despite our waitress telling us her meal would be comped, we were charged for the full bill. They need to educate wait staff on the menu better and offer better guest services.
