The place is small, which prevents you from taking a group of more than 4 people, but it is the only place where you can eat without worrying about lactose, sugar and gluten. The presentation is exquisite and the flavor is pure deliciousness. Excellent.

I went to the place to learn about and buy some products from the Pow Carbo or ketogenic line. The place was very clean, organized, and air-conditioned. The products were displayed very eye-catchingly, but without nutritional information. The staff, although attentive, did not know how to answer your questions; it was clear that they did not understand the products they sell. They have a book with nutritional information, but not all the products are there, and when I asked the staff, they were lost and did not answer. Because of this, I ended up taking only one product to learn about and eating the coxinha right there. I believe it is a major flaw of the establishment not to have the nutritional table of all the products visible, either on the menu or in the display window where the products are displayed. For this target audience that is looking for this fit, low carb, zero carb, gluten-free line... among others, the nutritional table is as important or more important than the food itself. The lack of clarity of this information made me not buy or consume what I intended to do, since I did not have clarity on the nutritional composition. The product I bought was the coxinha carb, which has a nutritional table but no instructions for cooking in the oven, microwave or air fryer, something that I also consider essential. Anyway, I confess that I was a bit frustrated and expected more from the place.
