I got the gluten and lactose free Caramel cake from Francesco for my birthday. Why does he fully deserve the 5 ⭐️?
Because we poor unfortunates with food intolerances hardly find a pastry shop that embraces the philosophy of intolerance with all the difficulties it entails (and turns it into an art); who understands the customer's needs and the difficulty of depriving themselves of the pleasure of indulgence that only a dessert can give you and who, above all, does all this with elegance, refinement and lots and lots of passion.
N.B. : be careful because I also ate the triple chocolate and red fruit tarts and they are addictive!
