I really like pizza, and I really like the pizza from Francesco. Great bite to the crust, with a emphasis on crispness yet still maintaining a glutenous chew. The cheese is well balanced with the sauce, which in terms of acidity is on the mellower side.
I had 3 slices today and I enjoyed them all.
