Frank's Pizza of Bartonsville

Gluten free pizza is good, they use a Conte’s gluten-free crust which is pretty generic. The staff was pretty knowledgeable about what is and isn’t gluten-free and took the time to confirm with the chef before finalizing my order. The place was packed, concerning during Covid, and their pickup process is a bit chaotic. They should work on streamlining the pickup process for take out orders, and ensure their staff wears masks that cover their noses.

I stopped in to pick up a gift certificate for a member of my family and I was starving so I decided to have lunch. Since I have gluten intolerance I ordered the gluten free ziti. Their sauce is to die for, it was the best ziti I've had in a very long time. For a lunch special it was quite a large helping and I brought some home for my dinner.
