Frankie's Italian Winnipeg

I've ordered from Frankie's a few times and it has always been delicious! My last experience with them was above and beyond however: I have a gluten allergy and after a mixup when ordering through doordash a gluten version of my order was sent with the courier. Frankie's realized this and called me to correct the situation before my original order had even arrived! At no extra cost and without my needing to ask they prepared the proper dish and deliveries it to me directly. This was on a Saturday night, but despite how busy restaurants are on weekends my replacement dish arrived literally within 5 minutes of my original order. I have not received this level of professional care from a restaurant in years and cannot praise it enough. If you are gluten intolerant and gunshy about eating out as a result, I can personally say that their gluten free alternatives are delicious and the staffing really truly cares about it as well. Great food and service. Have decent Gluten Free menu with pasta and pizza options.

As a celiac, I felt comfortable ordering form their menu; the server was knowledgeable about the preparation and the details of my order. Food was fantastic and I felt safe eating everything that was served (appies, main, drinks)
