Our server Tyrone was amazing (all the staff were) and we had a great time! Im gluten free and they were very accommodating! 10/10! :)

We had a pleasant experience at Frankie and Benny's on Saturday last week. Our waitress, Daniella, was absolutely amazing! My stepson's ear defenders broke as we sat down and she helped get us some tape to try and put them back together. She was so friendly and smiley, she was excellent! The food came out very quickly (about 15 minutes after ordering) and they had gluten free options for my partner. The kids meal was excellent value. It was a bit noisy in the restaurant but as expected with lots of kids who were getting excited for Hot Wheels Monster Trucks Live! The only downside for us was that this restaurant usually gives BlueLight discount for emergency service staff but the manager of this restaurant decided to remove the discount on Event nights :(

The waiter Tyrone is top tier in customer service. always went above and beyond to make your dining experience the best, wanting and ensuring you feel so happy and welcome, you defo cant wait to return. Tyrone is friendly, welcoming and has the best customer service manner I’ve come across in a long time. highly recommend Frankie and bennys at the o2 where Tyrone is the best waiter at the o2. Thank you again for such a great evening celebrating 6 months with my partner and going above to cater for my partners gluten free, celiac dietary requirements so thank you once again. Kate x
