I am so thankful for Vera at Frankie & Jo's!! She is such a kind and friendly soul, even helped me when my bag from another store broke haha. Also, the ice cream is simply amazing!! As a person with a dairy allergy and gluten sensitivity, it's sometimes hard to find stores that cater to both, so I appreciate that they make delicious desserts available to all who have these food issues. I love their waffle cones as well, and had my first shortbread cookies in years here... Utterly. Magnificent.
