Excellent gluten free pizza! You have to book for gf dough at least 24 hr in advance and they cap the number of gluten free pizzas available because of the lengths they go to to prevent cross contamination (scraping the inside of the wood fired stove, cleaning the boards on the bottom, etc). There’s still some risk because it is the same oven, even though no glutenous pizzas are in at the same time as the gluten free pizzas. But my oh my were the pizzas incredible. I haven’t had a pizza from a pizza oven in years and I almost cried with happiness. The Hot Mess was my favorite.
So so grateful to the staff for the care they take to help gluten free folks or those with celiac feel included!!!
