unfortunately a let down, having dined at the darling harbour location my expectations were very high but I was let down, while the focaccia had a nice taste, the gluten was very overdeveloped leading to a super chewy bread and it had almost a sourdough taste and rise rather than a focaccia, the Wagyu ragu was a bit disappointing, with the top having about 2 tablespoons of meat and the pasta being drowned in a bland watery meat juice, was hardly seasoned, papardele itself was very fresh and a perfect al dente, the lemonade was also nice, service was quick and the servers were polite and helpful.
