My gluten and lactose allergies were no problem for the chef. I could indicate what I wanted and it was prepared especially for me.

I ate again at Fratelli at 't Sluisje, outside on the terrace. Ordered a salad with shrimp in the gluten-free version. When it was delivered a little later, I asked just to be sure whether the bread next to it was gluten-free. The signora replied that it was not and that they had not. It's sloppy that the communication with my order was not good to/with the kitchen. Furthermore, I still find it very strange that Fratelli does not do gluten-free sandwiches. I also tried it six months ago to no avail. And it's really no problem: every supermarket around the corner now has gluten-free stuff. It is also a form of service, Fratelli, for your guests. The salad was tasty, by the way.
