Fratelli Worthing

We came for my brothers 21st birthday, was very disappointing. First of all took ages to order any drinks and when two of the drinks came the lemonade tested like fizzy water, when I said to the waiter the syrup had gone he seemed very confused and then checked and said the problem has been sorted but seemed hesitant to give us other drinks and never apologised. Took ages to then order our food and waited over an hour for our food, we were only a table of 8 and there was max about 4/5 tables in there, so god knows what it would be like if it was busy. They then forgot one of our pizzas and one of the sides and then for some reason put another pizza on a gluten free base when no one asked for that. So by the time the two pizzas came and the side everyone had finished their meal. The food was so bland and then took ages to order desserts and get them, which were all so bland and boring. No one checked up on us and asked about our food and no gesture for my brothers 21st which we didn’t expect but some restaurants do. Overall, service very poor, food also very poor but it’s nicely decorated in there.

Decent Italian food, black Linguine was great, full of seafood and spicy. They were really accommodating to my gluten free partner, with most basic pastas and pizzas available, even changed the saltimbocca sauce special to remove the wheat flour. Huge dessert portions. Good lively atmosphere as well, playing loud songs for the kitchen staff to sing along while closing, good laugh. Would've been 5 stars, but they listed bacon and cream in Carbonara?! Nonna would not approve.
