We travelled all the way from Sydney after looking at the reviews and sufficed to say we left with satisfied bellies. The Arancini balls, freshly made and delicately scented with truffles, were an excellent start. For mains, we had gluten-free options including the pizza suprema, Rigatoni Rossa, and Gnocchi Quattro Formaggi—all made with in-house gluten-free pasta. Each dish was outstanding, particularly the gnocchi and rigatoni, which rivaled traditional pasta. The pizza had one of the best gluten-free bases we've ever tried. To finish, the crème brûlée was the perfect dessert, with its creamy custard and crisp sugar topping. Fratello Italian has some of the best pizzas and pasta in Gold Coast, dare I say Australia. It was truly refreshing to see the passion the staff share for the food and customers and it is evident that this I’m bot alone in feeling this way. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the Gold Coast.

The menu is very accommodating to coeliacs. I was excited to see a variety of GF options and each dish served to its best..very fresh and authentic flavours. The Quattro formaggi was the star of the show! So light and literally melts in your mouth. Would definitely pay another visit on our next trip to Gold Coast.
