Fred's Market Restaurant

Real Southern fried buffet, greens were yummy but my favorite was the baked rainbow trout. I had to pass up mostly everything as food is not great for diets or people with gluten intolerance. Still, I made great choices & the salad bar and dessert section was really good. My nephew loved the strawberry shortcake & that's a real compliment since he is used to Parksdale strawberry shortcake.

Fred's is a buffet style family restaurant with several menu options to choose from, depending on your dining appetite. The food is always fresh and tasty. It is down home country cooking at its best. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and you decide on the portion size. Parking is plentiful with handicapped parking near the door. Gluten free options are available.
