My wife and I have been ordering from Frederick’s for a few years now. They honestly have the best gluten-free cake. We drive over an hour to pick up because we love it so much. They keep us coming back. Thank you for making gluten-less cake taste gluten-filled!

Let me start with, I don't like chocolate cake.. I'll do hot chocolate or chocolate frosting but not regular chocolate anything. I tried a piece of Frederick's GLUTEN FREE (I know, eww, gluten free) chocolate cake with chocolate fudge layers and white butter cream frosting on the outside.. It was the best cake I've ever had in my life! So moist and delicious! Omg, I want more.. Now! I had TWO pieces that day (wish I could have had more!) and I will be getting that cake for my birthday lol! Anyway, nothing bad to say, literally the best cake I've ever had in my life. And it was gluten free chocolate. Get some!
