Free & Clear Bakery

My sister broke her foot and couldn’t make the cake for my nieces baby shower. I offered to help find a baker that could make gluten and dairy free. It’s not as easy as you think. There are not a lot of bakers out there that offer both. And be reasonably priced too. Clear & Free Bakery is amazing! Not only gluten and dairy free but like 10 other allergen free and responded quickly and by far awesome on taste and beautifully made!

We ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday and it turned out phenomenal! The store owner is so easy to talk to. Our cake said “Happy Birthday” and he drew a cute dinosaur on it! I wish I had remembered to take a picture, but I forgot! The taste was so good and comparable to a a good cookie cake that isn’t allergen friendly. Usually, when you try something that is made with allergy friendly ingredients, you can taste it and say “well it is good for a dairy free cake or a gluten free cake”. BUT with this cake, you couldn’t tell it was vegan and gluten free! Even other guests tried it who don’t have food allergies and said it was great! We will definitely be purchasing some sweet treats in the future! If you are looking for excellent tasting treats for an affordable rate, this is the place!
