Love the guy who owns this little food truck! His pastries are amazing, cheese choices are phenomenal. The salmon terrine is one of our favorites. He also sells some gluten-free and seed crackers, which may seem to be expensive but so worth it. Pairs well with the brie. We always make sure to drop by and buy something when we're at Tamborine.
