My partner is a vegetarian and I prefer to avoid meat where I can, so we're always on the lookout for spots that cater to the veggie crowd more than just having one or two vegetarian options that are lackluster in comparison to the rest of the menu. And this place was absolutely perfect; at no point did we feel like the quality or flavour was sacrificed in the process of making the meal vegetarian or vegan. I got the "chicken" salad sandwich (on a gluten free wrap) with a side of butternut squash soup, and my partner got the Gyro sandwich with a side of potato salad; we were both more than satisfied. The gluten free wrap was also very tasty in its own right and not too dry or crumbly. We're definitely going to be coming back sometime soon, but I'll have to really push myself to try something new instead of getting that amazing chicken salad wrap again; it was just that good.

Hello, I tried to send you an email instead, but I cannot find an email address to contact you. I wanted to give some feedback because I saw the article in the paper that you were adding meat to your menu. We have been regulars at Fresca‘s for eight years, we loved the previous owner but we were not too disappointed in the transition because your customer service has been absolutely the best that I’ve ever seen. You have always been very welcoming and accommodating. However, the reason we have always ate at Fresca‘s because everything was so healthy and fresh. The last time we dined in I saw the oil that you were using sitting on the ground and I read the ingredients and it was pure chemicals and toxins. I never went to the restaurant again and that is why. People who are vegan are typically going to want to eat healthy food with healthy ingredients. Canola oil free, refined sugar free, gluten free, not for everything but for some of the items, so that there are options. Just wanted to share.
