Fresco Cucina Italiana

This is a great find recommended by staff at the Sheraton Vistana. And he was right. Fresco is authentic Italian food prepared with care and love by the owner chefs. Being vegetarians, we were happy to see many options (including gluten free) for us. The complimentary bread was warm, soft, and melted away in the mouth. Fresco Salad with special balsamic vinegar dressing was awesome. We ordered Arrabiata paste which was delicious as well. The Tiramisu and Gelato very excellent as well. If you are in Orlando you must this excellent place.

Fresco is the best Sicilian style fare outside of New York City and Vegas. Tomato sauce is smooth, not too salty or bitter. Seafood soup was tasty and loaded with fresh clams, shrimp, muscles, etc. like in Italy. They even have whole wheat and gluten free options. Even Marco our waiter was Italian.
