I came into your establishment because I saw you had gluten free options. I was surprised to see so many options for breakfast & lunch. One of my allergies is garlic & I was delighted that the man behind the bar was quite attentive & knowledgeable about the high foods had garlic as an ingredient. Originally, I wanted a dish that had sweet potato hash, but he told me that all of the sweet potato dishes had garlic seasoning on/in them. So, we decided on a salmon seasoned with good ol’ salt/pepper, asparagus, a light romaine salad (no spinach- another allergy). To my surprise & extreme delight, I got a bed of cubed sweet potatoes, asparagus & the s/p salmon. The chefs in the back were able to not season the sweet potatoes & asparagus. The potatoes were sweet, I assume they were sweetened with maple. Every single item on my plate was absolutely delicious!! I will definitely come back & recommend this restaurant to other people.
