I love this restaurant! The food is so great. The staff are amazing. The vibe is chill. It is one of the few restaurants I frequent. And they have gluten free desserts!

I used to enjoy Fresh. I don't anymore. Portions got smaller and the food just doesn't taste as good. But yesterday, the server and kitchen made a grave mistake and took no ownership. I told the server I was celiac. Told her to remove the wrap on the burrito and just put the ingredients on the plate. She brought the plate with 4 bite sized panko breaded something smack in the middle of my food. When I questioned it, her reply which floored me was, "well you said you've had this dish before"!
What the actual Fresh management! Teach your staff about potentially life threatening food allergies!
I will never go back but hope you see this and train your staff better.
