We had Clarence and his team cater our wedding at Brooklands Farm in Bracebridge. For cocktail hour we had an assortment of hors d'oeuvres including crab cakes, sliders, cheese and meat platters as well as fresh fruit and vegetable platters. For dinner we had roast beef strip loin, chicken marsala and a vegan option. Everything came out on-time, was hot, and tasted so delicious. For dessert Clarence made an assortment of pies and strawberry shortcake. Honestly the pies were SOOO good. We had some guests with certain dietary restrictions and Clarence had made sure we were covered with vegan and gluten-free options. We had many people at the wedding come up to us afterwards raving about how amazing all the food was. Not only was the food fantastic, Clarence made the entire process really enjoyable as he was really professional and responsive when we had questions. Clarence also offered to do a tasting with us a few months prior to the wedding so we could try a bunch of different options to finalize our menu.
