The caterers at Fresh Today are fabulous! They accommodated us at short notice for my father’s 100th birthday. We ordered antipasto, salad, focaccia bread, spaghetti with marina, linguini carbonara, chicken Parmesan, eggplant Parmesan, mini raspberry cheesecakes, and black and white cookies with ‘100’ written on them. Not only was it all delicious, they also made some gluten-free servings of everything for family members who have Celiac’s disease, who really enjoyed being able to eat at a party for once. Everything was packed well for pick up and easy to set up and serve. The quantities were generous. I’d recommend them to anyone!
