Fresh Brothers Pizza

Excellent tasting pizza, especially the one with a gluten-free crust! It was pricey but good ones are hard to find. Regular pizza prices are reasonable.

Recently the management of this location has changed. Now the service is terrible. No one picks up the phone. Ever. When I went in to speak to the “manager” the young lady in front didn’t even know who the manager was for the day. When he finally came out to talk to me, he was filthy. I looked back to the prep area and it too was filthy. Covered in flour. I used to order the gf pizza and chicken bites for my daughter who has celiac disease, but do not feel safe doing so any longer from this location. Additionally, when I asked if they ever pick up the phone for orders, the manager didn’t even know where the phone was. It was under the counter! In short, he could not care less. Other customers overheard the conversation and said that they too tried to call, and decided to come in personally to order bc no one picked up. They said they were subsequently waiting for over an hour for their pizza. I called the corporate office and left a message, but who knows if they’ll even listen to it. Too bad. I’ve been going there for years, but will not go back unless things improve.
